Bursa kawasan Eropa dan Amerika diperdagangkan mixed akhir pekan lalu. Dow Jones naik 0.1% pada level 24,283.1 didukung kenaikan saham Nike. EIDO naik 2.9% hari Jumat pada level 22.97. Harga minyak dunia bertahan pada level yang cukup tinggi berpotensi menopang saham sektor pertambangan energi. Bursa kawasan regional diperdagangkan mixed pagi ini. IHSG berhasil rebound kemarin dipicu berita BI menaikkan tingkat bunga acuan 50 basis poin yang turut menopang apresiasi kurs Rupiah. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak positif hari ini seiring pulihnya kepercayaan investor atas BI.

• Dow Jones closed 0.25% higher at 24,769 backed by retail stocks.
• Regional market traded mixed this morning.
• IDX managed to close downside gap formed at the opening session yesterday. However potential rebound may be limited due to capital outflow which caused by concerns on rising treasury yield and Rupiah depreciation.
• In all we expect IDX to trade mixed with positive tendency ahead of result of BI’s Board of Governor meeting result this afternoon as we expect the central bank to raise benchmark rate BI-7DRR by 25 basis points to 4.5%.

Bursa Eropa bergerak mixed dengan Dow Jones naik 0.25% pada level 24,769 didukung kenaikan saham sektor retail. seiring kenaikan tinngkat imbal hasil obligasi Pemerintah Amerika yang berada pada level 3.06% pagi ini. Bursa regional diperdagangkan mixed pagi ini. IHSG berhasil menutup gap turun yang terjadi pada sesi pembukaan namun masih dibayangi aksi jual investor asing serta kenaikan tingkat imbal hasil obligasi Pemerintah serta depresiasi Rupiah. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed cenderung positif menjelang keputusan RDG sore ini dimana kami memperkirakan BI menaikkan tingkat bunga acuan BI-7DRR sebesar 25 basis poin menjadi 4.5%.

• Dow Jones closed 0.7% lower at 23,925 due to concerns of higher interest rates as the Fed Governor said that inflation has neared 2% target. As highly anticipated previously, the Fed leave interest rate unchanged.
• Regional market traded mixed this morning.
• IDX traded higher yesterday while foreign investor keep selling Indonesian equities.
• In all we expect IDX to trade mixed with negative tendency ahead of Friday’s job reports and Fed members speaks.

Bursa Eropa diperdagangkan mixed namun Dow Jones ditutup turun 0.7% pada level 23,925. Seperti diperkirakan sebelumnya, The Fed tidak mengubah kebijakan suku bunga dalam rapat FOMC kali ini namun menyatakan inflasi diluar biaya pangan dan energi telah mendekati target 2%. Level inflasi sebesar 2% diyakini cukup untuk the Fed kembali menaikkan suku bunga dalam rapat berikutnya. Bursa regional diperdagangkan mixed pagi ini. IHSG diperdagangkan naik kemarin namun masih dibayangi aksi jual investor asing. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed cenderung menurun seiring kekuatiran pasar menjelang data tenaga kerja serta komentar anggota dewan Gubernur the Fed lainnya hari Jumat.

• Dow Jones closed 1% higher at 24,322 backed by tech stocks such as Facebook and AMD on better than expected 1Q 2018 earnings while US treasury yield stood around 3% ahead of 1-2 May FOMC meeting.
• Regional market traded positive this morning as two Korean leader meets.
• IDX dropped below 6,000 psychological levels which further confirm end of strong uptrend since late 2015.
• We expect IDX to trade IHSG mixed with positive tendency today backed by positive regional market. IDX have a chance to get technical rebound today as sharp decline within the last 3 trading days creates buying opportunities.

Bursa Eropa dan Amerika mengalami teknikal rebound kendati treasury yield Amerika berada pada kisaran 3% menjelang rapat FOMC 1-2 Mei. Dow Jones naik 1% pada level 24,322 seiring kenaikan saham sektor teknologi seperti Facebook dan Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) atas kinerja 1Q 2018 yang baik. Bursa regional diperdagangkan positif pagi ini menyambut pertemuan dua Korea. IHSG turun dibawah level psikologis 6,000 mengkonfirmasi berakhirnya tren naik yang terbentuk sejak akhir 2015.  Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed dengan kecenderungan positif hari ini didukung sentimen bursa regional, serta potensi teknikal rebound setelah mengalami penurunan tajam dalam 3 hari bursa berturut-turut.

• Although opened 2% lower, Dow Jones managed to book 1% gain at 24,264 as emotional sellers creates buying opportunities. US investors speculate buy on tech sectors.
• US stock market rebound send some positive momentum for regional market with Nikkei225 gain 0.9%, Kospi gain 0.7%, and AORD gain 0.3% this morning.
• IDX’s candlestick formed bearish engulfing pattern which indicates another weak session today.
• We expect IDX to trade mixed today as technical rebound potential only triggered by regional market. In all we tend to see that global fear of US-China trade war still rule sentiments. Chinese market closed today for Ching Ming Festival.

Kendati Dow Jones dibuka turun 2%, dipicu langkah Pemerintah China yang berencana menerapkan kebijakan tarif impor atas produk Amerika, Dow Jones berhasil ditutup naik 1% pada level 24,264 seiring spekulasi beli investor pada sektor teknologi. Bursa regional diperdagangkan positif pagi ini didukung sentimen positif Dow Jones dengan Nikkei225 naik 0.9%, Kospi naik 0.7%, dan AORD naik 0.3%. Candlestick IHSG membentuk pola bearish engulfing sehingga berpotensi mengalami koreksi lanjutan. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed hari ini karena potensi teknikal rebound hanya dipicu oleh spekulasi beli investor atas sentimen bursa regional.
