Sebagian besar pasar Eropa diperdagangkan positif. Dow Jones turun 10.3 poin setelah rally lebih dari 250 poin kemarin, ditutup pada level 25,792.9 seiring kekuatiran pasar atas kemungkinan terjadinya “shutdown” karena belum disepakatinya anggaran belanja Pemerintah Amerika. Bursa kawasan regional dibuka cenderung menurun pagi ini. IHSG diperdagangkan positif kemarin, setelah mendatar dalam beberapa hari perdagangan sebelumnya, ditutup pada level tertinggi baru. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak cenderung menurun hari ini dibayangi aksi profit taking investor serta sentimen negatif dari bursa regional.

• US and European stock indices ended lower. Investors fear government shutdown if the US congress has not approved the government budget until the weekend, while the Brexit talk resumed where the terms of the separation have not been

• JCI failed again to hold the gain in the opening session and is still stuck below its MA20 resistance. Support 5,940 and resistance 6,060.

Investor mengkhawatirkan terjadinya government shutdown apabila kongres AS belum menyetujui anggaran pemerintah sampai akhir pekan, sementara itu perundingan Brexit kembali dimulai dimana syarat-syarat pemisahan masih belum disepakati hingga sekarang. Indeks Nikkei 225, Kospi, dan All Ordinaries dibuka lebih rendah pagi ini. IHSG kembali gagal mempertahankan penguatan di sesi pembukaan dan masih tertahan di bawah resistance MA20nya. Support 5940, resistance 6060.

Indeks Nikkei 225, Kospi, dan All Ordinaries pagi ini dibuka naik. Indikator RSI dan Stochastic pada IHSG memberikan sinyal pembalikan negatif setelah kemarin ditutup turun, peluang rebound masih terbatas, sehingga hari ini diperkirakan mixed cenderung negatif. Pasar Eropa diperdagangkan cenderung mendatar akhir pekan lalu namun Dow Jones berhasil naik 0.7% ditutup pada level tertinggi baru 23,328.6 didukung sentimen positif rencana reformasi pajak di Amerika. EIDO naik 0.4% hari Jumat diharapkan dapat menopang IHSG pada sesi pagi hari ini. Bursa regional diperdagangkan cukup positif pagi ini. Candlestick IHSG membentuk pola inverted hammer hari Jumat lalu, mengindikasikan potensi terjadinya koreksi teknikal hari ini seiring masih tingginya tekanan jual investor. Oleh karena itu kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed hari ini.
