• Dow Jones closed 1.6% lower at 24,361 as financial sectors declined led by Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan shares due to concerns of Italian crisis.
• Regional market traded lower with Nikkei225 lead decline with 1.7% followed by Kospi which down by 1.2% and AORD with 0.8% decline.
• IDX continue rebound last Monday backed by foreign investor purchase as BI’s board of Governor will meet today. The market expect RDG to lift benchmark rate by 25 basis points to 4.75%.
• In all we expect IDX to trade mixed as rebound sentiments clouded by profit taking actions and negative sentiments from European market.

Bursa Eropa dan Amerika turun seiring kekuatiran pasar atas krisis Italia yang memicu kenaikan tingkat imbal hasil obligasi Pemerintah Italia yang turut mempengaruhi obligasi di kawasan Eropa. Dow Jones turun 1.6% pada level 24,361 seiring penurunan saham sektor keuangan yang dipimpin oleh koreksi saham Morgan Stanley dan JP Morgan. Bursa regional turun pagi ini dengan Nikkei225 turun 1.7% diikuti oleh Kospi turun 1.2% dan AORD turun 0.8%. IHSG kembali menguat didukung aksi beli investor asing seiring langkah BI melakukan emergency meeting hari ini dimana kami memperkirakan RDG akan meningkatkan tingkat bunga acuan sebesar 25 basis point menjadi 4.75%. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed karena sentimen rebound dibayangi aksi profit taking serta sentimen negatif dari bursa Eropa.

• Dow Jones closed 1% higher at 24,322 backed by tech stocks such as Facebook and AMD on better than expected 1Q 2018 earnings while US treasury yield stood around 3% ahead of 1-2 May FOMC meeting.
• Regional market traded positive this morning as two Korean leader meets.
• IDX dropped below 6,000 psychological levels which further confirm end of strong uptrend since late 2015.
• We expect IDX to trade IHSG mixed with positive tendency today backed by positive regional market. IDX have a chance to get technical rebound today as sharp decline within the last 3 trading days creates buying opportunities.

Bursa Eropa dan Amerika mengalami teknikal rebound kendati treasury yield Amerika berada pada kisaran 3% menjelang rapat FOMC 1-2 Mei. Dow Jones naik 1% pada level 24,322 seiring kenaikan saham sektor teknologi seperti Facebook dan Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) atas kinerja 1Q 2018 yang baik. Bursa regional diperdagangkan positif pagi ini menyambut pertemuan dua Korea. IHSG turun dibawah level psikologis 6,000 mengkonfirmasi berakhirnya tren naik yang terbentuk sejak akhir 2015.  Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak mixed dengan kecenderungan positif hari ini didukung sentimen bursa regional, serta potensi teknikal rebound setelah mengalami penurunan tajam dalam 3 hari bursa berturut-turut.

Bursa Eropa ditutup positif namun Dow Jones turun 0.2% pada level 24,748 seiring penurunan saham IBM. Bursa regional diperdagangkan positif pagi ini. Harga komoditas mengalami kenaikan atas potensi sanksi perdagangan yang akan diterapkan Amerika terhadap Rusia. Harga minyak mentah naik 2.9%, nickel naik 8.3% dan timah naik 2.5% berpotensi mendorong kenaikan saham sektor komoditas. IHSG kembali naik kemarin mendekati level tertinggi sebelumnya pada level 6,360 kendati dibayang pelemahan di pasar obligasi. Kami memperkirakan IHSG bergerak cenderung positif hari ini seiring aksi spekulasi pasar menjelang rilis kinerja keuangan 1Q 2018.

  IBM shares. Regional market traded positive this
  morning.
• Commodity prices traded higher as US plans trade
  sanctions to Russia. As the result crude oil rise 2.9%,
  nickel price up by 8.3% while tin price up by 2.5%
  which may support commodity sector today.
• IDX traded higher yesterday near recent high at 6,360
  although bond market traded lower.
• We expect IDX to trade positive today ahead of

Bursa regional dibuka cenderung menurun pagi ini. IHSG turun, ditutup tepat pada garis “neckline” pola double top.
